(More customer reviews)I got my bike trailer/jogger on time, and was eager to put it together. Weather had been bad so i was unable to take my daughter out in it until 3 wks later. When i anxiously did, not 15 min. later BOTH tires went flat. The sm. swivel in front also was low. Not only that, but the breaks didn't even work when i would try to stop. I wrote Aosom, and got prompt service from a lady telling me i would be receiving new parts to fix what had been broken. I never received anything and the lady just Stopped talking to me. I will not be buying anything through Aosom again, and ended up having to go to a bike shop and get the product fixed myself. Very unsatisfying. I shouldn't have had to spend MORE money to have the original bike trialer/jogger that i wanted in the 1st place!
